List Property & Pre-Screen Prospective Tenants
This service creates the advertisement of the property and screens the inquiries from prospective tenants against criteria set by the owner. You may screen for Income Source, Income Amount, Pet Preferences, and Smoking Habits. Prospective tenants that meet the criteria are directed to the owner or one of our showing agents.
Property Showing
In this service the pre-screened prospects are contacted to schedule a showing. They are met at the property and when all the questions are answered, they are offered to make an application.
Rental Application Processing
In this service prospective tenants submit an application and it is processed. Applications submitted to the owner are processed by the owner, and the extent of the investigation is determined by the owner.
