Q. How involved can the Owner be in management of the property?
A. The À La Carte Management services offered are designed to allow the Owner to be completely "hands off" and only make decisions as-needed. We understand that this is YOUR property, but before becoming a Client "roles and responsibilities" will be defined and agreed. This avoids conflict and confusing direction to the tenants. We seek to become part of your team.
