TOPIC #4 Lease Agreements
Q. If the Owner has an existing tenant, can the lease in-place be used?
A. Yes. A letter to the tenant from the Owner will direct the tenant to look to the management company as the landlord. When that lease has expired, a new/different lease may be substituted between the tenant and the management company.
Q. Can the Owner use their own lease instead of the one provided by 77th Meridian?
A. Yes. As long as the lease contains the minimal elements required by Maryland state law and provides for management of the property by 77th Meridian within our company processes.
